What made you decide to move between Group companies?

Career: Further development that simply was not possible in my previous position.
Personal: Trying out my skills in new environments and new tasks and acquiring new knowledge in the process.

How do you feel about having taken this step?

I definitely made the right decision!

How would you describe your Group-internal move in a nutshell?

Self-made.

What did you learn from this move?

Although we are a single corporate group, our companies have very different cultures. Learning to deliver results in different environments and cultures is very exciting!

What advice would you give colleagues who are also considering a Group-internal career move?

Definitely do it! Moving out of your comfort zone will bring fresh perspectives and tremendously valuable experiences.
