What made you decide to move between Group companies?

I wanted to develop further and expand my skills regarding working with cloud solutions.

How do you feel about having taken this step?

I'm very pleased with it.

How would you describe your Group-internal move in a nutshell?

Wonderful!

How did you tackle things when you had decided to go ahead with the move?

Just like my previous job changes, I informed my manager and my team.

How did your team and your manager react when you told them the news?

They were happy for me.

What surprised you about your new Group company?

Nothing, because I already knew most of my new colleagues.

What advice would you give colleagues who are also considering a Group-internal career move?

Dare to do it – and be brave, there are so many opportunities within the Otto Group!
