The international textile market is growing and urgently needs young talents, so together with HAW Hamburg, the Otto Group has developed the Master’s programme Multichannel Trade Management in Textile Business. This combines creative, textile-technical and business content with international management skills. The course runs over three semesters and includes placements across Germany in the Otto Group companies OTTO (Hamburg), Bonprix (Hamburg), Heine (Karlsruhe) and Schwab (Hanau).

As Europe’s biggest online retailer for Fashion and Lifestyle, the Otto Group is intensively committed to the area of e-commerce. Thanks to our E-Commerce Endowment at the University of Applied Sciences Wedel near Hamburg, you’ll receive a well-founded basic training in 7 semesters of a Bachelor’s degree, or can opt to expand your methodological skills and technical expertise in a 3-semester Master’s course. Both courses offer a high degree of practical relevance due to guest lectures and case studies that combine the topics of Business IT, Media IT and Business Administration.
Overall, eight Otto Group companies participate in designing the degree course and offer numerous placements: OTTO (Hamburg), Bonprix (Hamburg), SportScheck (Munich), Witt (Weiden), Alba Moda (Bad Salzuflen), Schwab (Hanau), Hermes Logistics Group (Hamburg) and Baur (Burgkunstadt).
