The Otto Group is currently reinventing itself. Because the world is changing drastically, because our customers want to be understood differently, because we can only deal with the future together. But where does the Otto Group want to go? The shareholders lead the way: we are becoming a fully digitalised retail and services company. But what is our claim for a common future? Roughly 3,200 colleagues have expressed their opinion. The result is the new purpose of the Otto Group: Together, we want to push limits. And what does the Board say? It has worked out strategic principles, a corporate strategy and financial goals that will define our mutual actions for the next years. We call this the Otto Group Path. We introduce it here. The question is: what will be your contribution along this common path?
