Freemans Grattan Holdings (FGH) represents the Otto Group in the UK e-commerce market. The foundation stone was laid over 100 years ago with a mail-order agency in Bradford. Following the merger of Freemans and Grattan in 1999, the new heavyweight in British mail-order retail came under the Otto UK umbrella, and was finally renamed as Freemans Grattan Holdings in 2009.

As a mail-order generalist it operates several online stores at freemans.com, grattan.co.uk, lookagain.co.uk, bonprix.co.uk, kaleidoscope.co.uk, witt-international.co.uk, swimwear365.co.uk and curvissa.co.uk. With Curvissa, FGH offers full-figured women chic and fashionable clothing for every occasion. Finally, FGH also owns the fashion label Together, sold by retailers worldwide. Most FGH orders today come via the Internet, although the catalogues remain popular with customers. Overall, FGH serves around one million customers every year.
