The Manufactum department store and bread & butter ("brot&butter") in Bremen won the "Store of the Year 2017" award in the category "Living". The jury particularly highlighted the high attractiveness and the nature and flair of the new department store and sees it as a successful example of the future over-the-counter retail. Manufactum won this prize for the third time after 2005 for Düsseldorf and 2007 for Munich. The award is given annually by the German Retail Association (HDE).
Küche&Co wins the "Wohnidee Leseraward 2016" in the design category. The excellent award-winning kitchen model with its modern concrete look and clear lines received 37% of the readers’ votes. Way ahead of the other nominees, the design kitchen by Küche&Co was the clear winner.
Within the scope of the Content World Conference 2016, the re:Blog from OTTO received the German Content Marketing Award, that was conferred by the magazine Absatzwirtschaft, the management forum of the publishing group Handelsblatt and the specialist title Meedia.
