Thanks to the multichannel strategy, the traditional company reaches its customers via the distribution channels catalogues, e-commerce and over-the-counter retail. In Germany, the company has a total of 24 locations and four shooting ranges. In Switzerland, Frankonia addresses customers with an interest in fashion via catalogues and online shop. In addition, the company is an exporter and wholesaler with customers in 100 countries, the largest market being Austria.
Many of the roughly 650 employees themselves are hunters and sports marksmen and, with their expertise, secure the high standards in all business segments. As one of the few apprenticing companies in the industry, Frankonia offers the opportunity to learn the profession of the gunsmith. Frankonia has been a member of the Otto Group since 2001.
