Senior Project Portfolio Manager (w/m/d) |Technology Strategy | Otto Group Holding

You are responsible for the multi project management / project interdependency management of multiple large-scale IT transformation projects across the otto group

You identify dependencies between the programmes and workstreams, and connect the dots between technical and business capabilities

You establish processes to provide oversight and transparency into the roadmaps of Otto Group companies (existing and planned technical capabilities, initiatives, and investments)

You ensure alignment between the programs, key stakeholders and executive sponsors, thereby supporting a smooth execution

You conceptualize and own our Architecture & Portfolio Management Platform that provides transparency regarding business/technical capabilities, processes, architecture, technologies, and key projects

You work closely together with Architects and Strategists to map our technical and process landscape, and to identify opportunities and synergies in the tech area

You have a track record in large-scale IT project management, multi project management, respectively project portfolio management

You have at least several years of experience in digital consulting, business development, project portfolio, or program management, with a degree in information science, economics, e-business, analytics, or similar

With your strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you can mediate between business stakeholders, service providers, tech teams, and management.

You have worked in a state-of-the-art retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment environment and are an expert on industry tech trends

You have excellent verbal and writing skills in English, and solid skills in German
