The Technology Strategy & Governance team is a new function responsible for the overarching tech strategy of the otto group, as well as decision-making processes regarding technology domains. We develop the strategic direction and main initiatives as the development of a new e-commerce tech stack. This new tech stack aims to provide a standard and future-proof e-commerce solution for Otto group companies.

Was Dich erwartet:

• You understand the complex interplay between various systems in our e-commerce stack
• You work in Product Management to ensure and support the full feature development process from requirements engineering to final acceptance testing
• While you work in a self-organized manner, you work in close collaboration with a senior colleague of the product team
• In this environment, you find a perfect environment to grow your Product and personal skills
• You describe acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of our releases
• You conduct complex test cases and work with our service providers on solutions
• You collaborate with the development teams and stakeholders to solve problems, build features, and implement new processes

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

Must-have:

• You have first experience in e-commerce or a similar field, with a degree in computer science, information science, economics, e-business, analytics, or similar
• You are not afraid to conduct hands-on work such as testing, and writing Epics in Jira
• You are able to retain structure in a volatile and sometimes chaotic environment and have a distinct hands-on mentality
• You have excellent verbal and writing skills in English, and solid skills in German

Nice-to-have:

• First experience in modern tools and ways of working (like Jira, Confluence, design thinking, etc.)
