Was dich erwartet:
We are looking for a Data Engineer for our German office in Hamburg. As our Data Engineer, you design, develop, and operate data integration pipelines to provide high quality datasets for analytical and/or machine learning (ML) use-cases
You tightly coordinate with our inhouse customers to understand their requirements
You develop data pipelines to extract, load and transform data from a variety of data sources
Modeling data structures for analyzing and reporting purposes is also included in your work
You operate develop BI and ML solutions
Adopting data integrity, data testing, data validation and process documentation is also one of your responsibilities
You will be working with state of the art programming languages and frameworks (e.g. SQL, Python, Spark, TensorFlow, Torch etc.)
You will be integrated in a team with a good mix of junior and senior developer
Was du mitbringen solltest:
You have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, engineering or science / technology-based discipline, or in a related technical field
You have one year or more of relevant work experience
You are experienced with data architecture, data integration/ELT, data warehousing, and/or business intelligence deployed in a complex Environment
Your excellent skills in SQL and/or Python are mandatory
The knowledge of the following technologies are beneficial: Teradata, Spark, Hadoop, TensorFlow, Torch, Cloud Computing (Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
Your basic writing and verbal communication skills in German and English (minimum of B1) are necessary
