You will drive the business and strategic development of our "creation L” fashion brand in the important US growth market.
You will be responsible for drawing up sales and budget plans in coordination with the relevant departments in Germany.
You will develop the "creation L” team in Jacksonville with your technical guidance and leadership.
You will assume co-leadership of shared functions (controlling, reporting, online store / IT) in coordination with Venus and Lascana.
You will work closely with the Witt Group’s management team.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

You have several years of professional experience in managing a multi-channel business model (print and e-commerce).
You speak fluent English, preferably at native speaker level.
You have strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
You have a keen sense of responsibility and can work independently with a focus on objectives.
You are interested in fashion.
You are empathetic, assertive, and confident.
You have excellent communication skills for intercultural collaboration.
You are a team player who can coordinate and orchestrate projects with a strong leadership mentality.
