In the Hermes Logistik Group, Germany’s leading consumer logistics company independent of the national postal service, the Otto Group has a pan-European specialist in parcel deliveries to private households.

The company is specialised in particular in parcel deliveries, transport logistics, delivering furniture and bulky items, letters and bulk mail.

With more than 13,500 Hermes parcel shops, the Hermes Logistik Group has Germany’s largest network for receiving private parcel shipments. Consignments can be shipped throughout Germany and to more than 20 EU countries. As part of its European strategy, Hermes is now building up an integrated B2C and C2C network beyond Germany. In Austria, for example, it has set up its own country company.
