Lead and direct the Human Resources Function in line with the business goals and needs
Act as a key member in the management team and plays a crucial role in the development of company strategic planning process and drive the implementation across all offices
Was Sie erwartet:
To support the CEO in developing and implementing company strategic plans and organizational structure
To translate business strategies into people strategies
To devise and drive human resources projects and initiatives to cope with the company business directions and development needs
To develop and maintain the staffing in need to support the business growth and strategies
Partner with the manager of H-OI offices in talent management and provide HR advices / coaching
Provide direction to Human Resources, Training, Marketing and Administration functions in support of company objectives
To connect with the Otto Group for implementation of group policies and guidelines
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
University degree in business administration or human resources related discipline
Minimum 5 to 10 years of management experience in multinational company with solid experience in human resources management
Profound knowledge of talent development with demonstrated ability to drive and manage project
Excellent people management skills and proven leadership in a diverse cultural environment
Strong business acumen and financial awareness with the ability to influence the stakeholders at different level
Able to set, develop strategies and to identify the organization future potential
Strong presentation and communication skills
Full command of the English language, other languages a plus
