At collectAI we reinvent how companies communicate with their customers during the accounts receivables management. We put the customer in the center of the accounts receivables process and offer digital communication channels and payment solutions in order to improve the invoicing, dunning and debt collection process. Together with high automation and deep learning algorithms we believe, that the customer experience can be improved fundamentally.


Your tasks are:

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of assigned customers and partner with them to ensure long-term success. You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, connect with various customer stakeholders and executive sponsors and you will operate as the primary point of contact, as a relationship manager and an advisor to our customers. Additionally, you will act as project manager for complex customer projects by driving the onboarding and implementation of these projects. You will represent the customer expectations inside our organization. You will navigate between customers and across various internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Additionally, you will ensure regular communication among internal and external parties and track key account metrics. Finally, you will drive the fulfillment of customer needs and additionally identify and present opportunities for improvement and growth.


Our requirements are:

After earning your degree at a top university, you have gained at least 2 years of experience in an account management position in a tech /startup environment or financial services environment. You have a track record of successful managing client relationships and/or project management and you are passionate about managing and advising your customers. You are a self-starter with the confidence to deal with multiple executive levels within an organization and additionally to lead and manage various stakeholders and get things done within a project organization. You bring excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong listening and presentation abilities. Independence, flexibility and speed are essential for you. Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to attain goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile. Additionally, you are fluent in German and English and any further languages are appreciated.
