Our career portal has received the
distinction as Top Career Website 2012 from the market research institute
Potentialpark. In the student survey on the quality of career websites (TEWeb),
the Otto Group jumped from rank 14 last year to place 9th this year.
The survey focused on the criteria information content, recruiting process and
navigation.

Online Talent Communication 2012

The market research institute
Potentialpark has analysed the online talent communication of companies in
Germany for the 11th time. 131 companies were scrutinised and 2008
German university students and graduates were asked their opinions on those
companies' career websites and online recruiting tools. The results show the
Otto Group with an excellent rank of 3rd place.

Top Facebook Career Page 2012

Potentialpark, in its study on social
media communication, has analysed 190 career sites on Facebook according to the
following criteria: interactivity, privacy and credibility, job search as well
as career information. We are thrilled to be in 8th place!

“Fair Company” seal

The Otto Group adheres to the 5 rules of the Fair Company Initiative
and is rewarded with the “Fair Company” seal by the German business
magazine “Karriere”. What are those 5 rules? - Interns will not be used to fill full-time positions.
- University graduates who have applied for a full-time position are not sidetracked into an internship.
- Interns aren't lured into the company with the vague prospect of a subsequent full-time employment.
- Internships are meant to facilitate professional orientation while at university or in training.
- Interns are properly compensated.

High school student barometer 2011

favourite employers. And the good news for us is that the Otto Group is

kununu.com. On this platform, employees evaluate their employers
according to a variety of criteria such as well-being or career

The Otto Group was voted into the Top 50 “most attractive companies
2010”. By whom? Around 2,500 university students and graduates that cast
their ballot on Berufsstart.de. |
Number 1 in the fashion industry

The readers of the trade magazine “Textilwirtschaft” voted the Otto
Group to be the top employer in the fashion industry. More than 1000
graduates, young professionals, junior managers and job-seekers were
interviewed. The Otto Group came in first in the four categories “job
security”, “good advanced training”, “work-life balance” as well as
“social responsibility/sustainability”. |
Seal of approval "Hamburg's best employer 2010"

The Otto Group was given the seal of approval “Hamburg's best employer
2010”. The competition consisted of three parts: assessing the extent to
which managers and employees perceived the company in the same way;
evaluating the corporate culture; and a personal audit in which the jury
visited the company to gain a personal impression. |

The independent research company CRF awarded 90 companies with the seal
of approval “Top Employer Germany” - including, of course, the Otto
Group. In a comprehensive study all companies demonstrated convincing
qualities as employers for university graduates and young professionals.

Young Professionals Barometer 2010

Germany's young professionals have voted the Otto Group into the
illustrious group of 100 most popular employers! More than 3,100 high
potentials among young professionals were interviewed regarding their
views on employer attractiveness and their readiness to change jobs. |
